Southeast Primary Care Partners, an Independent Primary Care Supergroup, Continues to Improve Access to Primary Care

Alpharetta, GA –DATE– Southeast Primary Care Partners (SPCP), a primary care-focused medical group dedicated to achieving true value-based care everywhere, today announced a new practice partnership with Bear Creek Family Practice. Led by Dr. Fawad Aryanpure, M.D, the primary care provider serves Tuscaloosa, Alabama and is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the community’s residents. Dr. Aryanpure founded Bear Creek Family Practice in 2008 and provides traditional family medicine in addition to on-site lab and X-ray services to more than 3,000 patients annually.

The cutting-edge processes, tools, and technology offered by SPCP help to ease administrative burdens and allow for a greater focus on patients. Dr. Aryanpure will continue to serve patients under the Bear Creek Family Practice name at 7005 6th Avenue, Tuscaloosa, Alabama – and new patients are welcomed!

“Dr. Aryanpure and Bear Creek Family Practice have established a strong reputation of providing quality care and improved access across Tuscaloosa,” said Eric Lisle, CEO, president, and co-founder, Southeast Primary Care Partners. “We are thrilled that they will join the SPCP family of practices to offer their quality care and services to even more patients. Our continued expansion in Alabama shows SPCP’s dedication to independent primary care providers throughout the Southeast, and we look forward to partnering with additional providers in Alabama and beyond to enhance quality care and services to their communities.”

SPCP understands the unique and constantly evolving challenges facing independent practices and is focused on providing its partners with the expertise and support needed to not only grow but thrive. SPCP relieves the administrative burden of isolated practice ownership by providing various clinical and management support to its partner practices.

"We are very proud and excited to be part of the growing Southeast Primary Care Partners community,” said Dr. Fawad Aryanpure, M.D. at Bear Creek Family Practice. “Through this partnership, we will be able to offer additional services to our patients and work to expand our reach in Tuscaloosa.
